Munnsville, NY (October 27, 2010) – To meet the needs of professional landscapers who require a cost-effective belt-driven commercial walk-behind mower, Snapper Pro introduces the SW5 commercial walk mower. Ruggedly built with competitive features and benefits that commercial cutters demand, the SW5 is available with either a 16-hp Vanguard or 16-hp Kawasaki manual start engine.
Both models feature a 32” wide fixed mower deck with an adjustable drive axle to control cutting height. A fabricated steel deck, cutting height can be set between 1” and 4.5”. Commercial-quality spindles are made of cast aluminum.
Other specifications include a pistol grip design, 5 gallon fuel capacity, manual blade engagement with blade brake, 13” x 6.5” drive tires and a 6 mph ground speed. Retail prices start at $2,299.
