Would you like to create landscape designs on the jobsite? There’s an app for that.

Drafix Software’s Pro Landscape Companion for the iPad allows users to show customers complete proposals, 3D movies and other design options using the app. Landscapers can also create a design from scratch on the iPad using a photo they’ve taken with the iPad’s camera. Or, they can transfer the design to a computer and finish it in Pro Landscape.

The app works in conjunction with Pro Landscape Version 18 and will be available for free from the App Store on the iPad or at itunes.com/appstore in late January. The app will be available on other tablets soon.
