Manage employees and equipment using the ExakTime PocketClock/GPS, a mobile time- and equipment-tracking app for iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows mobile smartphones and tablets. Employees can use their phone or tablet to snap a photo of themselves using their camera and the FaceFront Biometrics photo verification feature, which prevents employees from clocking in for one another. The bookkeeper can then match the employees’ field photo with their master photos stored in the office.
The ExakTime’s equipment-tracking feature maintains a history of where the equipment has been and allows you to capture photos, notes and voice recordings from the field. Simply assign a piece of equipment to an employee and worksite, and the software tracks it in real-time. The software also supports three languages: English, Spanish and French.
