All entries must be received by October 31, 2009. Opportunities to enter may also be found at the Total Landscape Care booth at industry trade shows. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Prize package details on www.TotalLandscapeCare.net & monthly in Total Landscape Care magazine.

Sweepstakes is open only to owners, partners and other titled officers of a qualified professional landscaping firm operating in the United States, but is not open to employees of Randall-Reilly Publishing Co., LLC and this program’s sponsors and their agents, and suppliers of this program and their families. Offer void where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Winner of the prize elements will be determined in a random drawing in November 2009 from among all qualified entries received by Promotion Partners, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, postage due or illegible entries or computer errors

All submissions become the property of Total Landscape Care and will not be returned. Winner will be notified by telephone and published in an upcoming issue of Total Landscape Care. No transfer or substitution of prize elements except by sponsors. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning are determined by total number of entries received. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit confirming eligibility and publicity/

liability release within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Arrangements must be made to accept prize elements by December 31, 2009, or prize element(s) not claimed will be forfeited.
